1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the 78db platform and any user of the platform ("you" or "member"). By starting to use the platform through the 78db website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been drawn up in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any part of the Terms is unclear, please contact our support team before using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Process

A valid account must be created to play on 78db. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any pending winnings.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

• Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or selling an account is prohibited.
• Using a strong password and changing it regularly is advised.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

78db is for adults aged 21 and over only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request a government-issued ID or relevant documents at any time for age verification.

In addition, citizens of regions or countries where online gambling is legally prohibited are not eligible to use 78db. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be aware of the laws in their area.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on 78db can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All four methods are active and secure. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Supporting documents may be requested for large withdrawals under the anti-money laundering policy.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 78db does not offer any foreign currency conversion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering will be calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• The deposit must be confirmed before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it only becomes withdrawable after the requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse is detected (multiple accounts, coordinated betting), the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 78db reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Markets

78db offers various sports betting markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as live casino, slots, and other games. Specific rules apply to each game or market.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or market and are displayed in the game interface. 78db reserves the right to adjust limits if high-risk betting activity is identified.

6.3 Prohibited Betting Activities

• Arbitrage betting or systematic coordinated betting is prohibited.
• Match fixing or betting with prior knowledge of results is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software is prohibited.
• Exploiting system errors or technical issues to place bets is prohibited.

If a violation of these rules is detected, the relevant bets will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact our support team to do so. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, unless an investigation is ongoing.

7.2 78db-Initiated Suspension

78db reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Identification of an underage user.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious money laundering activity.
• Fake or incomplete identity information.

In the event of a suspension, the balance may be temporarily withheld pending investigation.

8. Technical Issues

Internet disconnections, server downtime, or other technical issues may disrupt game or betting activity. In such situations, 78db follows the policy below:

• If an ongoing game is interrupted mid-session, the game result is automatically saved on the server.
• Winnings resulting from abnormal situations caused by faulty software may be cancelled.
• 78db is not obligated to provide compensation for technical errors, but an attempt will be made to recover the relevant bets.
• 78db reserves the right to temporarily suspend service during maintenance periods.
